Terms & Conditions


  • For all catering orders of $1000.00 or more a 50% deposit is required within three trading days prior to the event to secure the booking


  • A processing fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions


  • All catering bookings will be confirmed once the client has agreed and approved all the requirements stated in the returned event catering request form


  • 48 hours’ notice is required for all bookings


  • Cancellation of catering orders within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total

  • Confirmed numbers stated on the returned event catering request form will be charged


  • Additional numbers may be added on or before the start of the event


  • Cove Catering Services reserves the right to charge for any loss or damage of Cove property during the function.


  • Cove Catering Services also reserves the right to charge for any damaged, lost or non returned items.


  • Additionally delivery charges may apply depending on your location


  • Gluten free items will incur 10% surcharge.
